Chanterelle Arbic is running the 47km Juan de Fuca Trail to break the silence around intimate partner violence and abuse. Chanterelle describes how she was 5 years old the first time she experienced domestic violence. Throughout her childhood she witnessed and suffered abuse. As a young woman she has been working to heal herself, and overcome some of the harm she has suffered.
