Volunteering at Transition House
Our volunteers are critical links to the women we serve, they are the voice on the phone that offers hope, who cook warm meals and play with children, and the quiet presence behind the scenes who help with the never ending work in the office.
Transition House always needs committed, experienced and passionate volunteers to help in the Shelter, on the Crisis Line, or on our Board of Directors.
To ensure our clients' safety all volunteers take part in a training program and undergo a Criminal Record Check.
